Lovely lodge in the forest in a private reserve which boarders Etosha. Very nice staff & good food. There is a water hole right by the restaurant area. A group of 5 elephants came to drink there while we were having breakfast which was amazing. We highly recommend the sundowner drive within the Onguma reserve. Our guide (Jason) was fantastic & very informative and we saw an elephant, lions and white rhinos. You get a lot closer to the animals than when you’re in Etosha and there are max 3 vehicles at any one place so it doesn’t feel too crowded.

Mokuti Etosha borders Etosha and is situated a mere 40 meters from Von Lindequist gate entrance of the Etosha National Park. It offers 2 outdoor pools, 2 floodlit tennis courts, a spa and a gym. The public area of this property is very clean and well-maintained. We loved the modern look and feel in the reception area, the restaurant, the bar and the swimming pool. The staff were very helpful and kind. Dinner and breakfast were very good. I wish we have time to spend more nights here. My wife and I also booked their Spa service and had a great experience. There were a few springboks roaming around the property, right by the pool, during the day time. I highly recommend this place as it is located right outside the Etosha's east gate.

The food was absolutely perfect — felt like dining at a top restaurant every day. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was spotless, cozy, and cleaned daily with great attention to detail. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

Guests at Toshari Lodge are greeted into a tranquil setting with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. The lush garden is the home to many native birds and includes an outdoor pool and herb garden. We loved this place! Nice, clean and new rooms. Everything looks perfect. Staff is nice, food is delicious, nice pools. Only half an hour from Etosha. This was the nicest place we stayed during our 3,5 weeks holiday in Namibia. Definitely go back there when we return.

We used it as we were travelling, but another time we would spend time there. We loved everything about it. It is community run, the food is lovely - a talented chef. Martin the guide is to be commended for his dedication to the concession - so knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Gondwana Etosha Safari Lodge is set in Okaukuejo, just 10 km away from the Anderson Gate into Etosha National Park. This hotel is perched on top of a hill overlooking Etosha National Park, and so it’s not uncommon to see animals such as giraffe wandering around the property. The lobby, restaurant, bar, patio, all have this wooden log cabin design which is so relaxing and pleasant to the eyes. The buffet breakfast and dinner during my stay were amazing with game meat being served so you can try them. The rooms are nicely decorated all with balcony facing the sunrise. There are 3 pools and so they are never crowded, and since most people enter the national park during the day the pools are often empty but still are well maintained. The park itself is just a quick 15-minute drive away and you can book safari tours (I did both morning and afternoon) at the reception. I had fast wifi in the room which I didn’t use a lot because I was there to disconnect! I would definitely come back. They have cute cats in the property and I miss them already! The staff were all nice and approachable during my entire stay.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The food was good and plentiful for such a remote location. The tent, including the facilities, was very clean and refreshed twice a day. The tour gides are very knowleageble and eager to answer your questions. Lots of wild life roams arround, you can enjoy watching from your tent balcony. I want to give special thanks to Teresa - front desk, Waka and Jona - tour gides, Lydia - restaurant/bar . You all made my stay memorable and so relaxing.
