Waking up to the amazing view each morning was a highlight—it truly added something special to the experience. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable. On top of that, the owner was so kind and helpful, which made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

The view of Gregory Lake and surrounds was spectacular. The property was a self contained flat above the owners house. It had been tastefully decorated and designed and was extremely clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The bedroom window showed an amazing view which could be seen from the bed. The owner had thought of everything. Tea, coffee, shampoo,, bath wash,. There is also a sitting room with a coffee table I would have taken home if I could. The owner organised a very reasonable tuk tuk to the railway station. There are steepish stairs up to the property but Leslie helped with the luggage.

Priyanga was very kind and helpful, he cooked us the best meals that offered some variety from what ate on our trip, gave us good tips and helped us organise our next activity. He even preprared some homemade medicine for a sore throat! We are really grateful to have had him as our host, we will always remember his hospitality. Greetings to you, Priyanga! The house‘s location is a 10/10, less than a 15 min drive from the Adam‘s Peak start and is surrounded by a great landscape, especially in comparison to Dalhousie (where the hike starts), so it‘s really worth the short ride.
