It only takes you a few minutes to drive to Stykkishólmur so it’s the best of both worlds. We definitely will try to come back.

The lodge was well-equipped and tastefully furnished. It was clean, with good quality amenities to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay. The host was polite and hospitable, providing good information about the accommodation and surrounding attractions, well ahead of our stay.

Situated in Grundarfjordur in the West Iceland region, Dis Cottages features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Exceptional place on the end of world, clean and neat, amazing rooms. Fantastic manager which was very helpful even I had issue with my cc. A cherry on top is small La Brujería with natural herb remedies. What an amazing experience! Thank you 🫶🏻
