Even at night when we needed to go to the grocery store Gillian took us there in her car. Not to mention that they have given us snacks and prepared the sauna for us whenever we needed them. I would definitely recommend them. If you are a big family you can reserve the two cottages if you want the place all on your own. I went with my friend there and we enjoyed the stay. The place is suitable for everyone, friends, families, honeymooners, etc.

Joyce was always a message away if we needed anything and was very accommodating. We stayed here for a wedding at the lodge on Loch Lomond and it was a short walk away. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!

The location was perfect, Balloch was a 5 minute drive from the lodge and Loch Lomond shores where the sea life centre,etc was is only 10 minutes away. The lodge was clean, the back yard is full enclosed so the dogs can be let out without worry. The hot tub got cleaned each morning and the guy let himself in through the garden so was no fuss at all.
