The spacious chalet has 5 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a washing machine, and 3 bathrooms with a hot tub. Towels and bed linen are offered in the chalet. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. The big space, the awesome experience our family had during the stay. The peace and quiet and wonderful memories at that place. Everyone enjoyed!

Room clean, comfortable and close to elevator. Service in restaurant quick and meal very good. Check-in and check-out prompt, service very friendly, helpful and professional. Shuttle not available but was given a taxi chit. Taxi to airport was available as soon as check-out finished. Very pleased with service.

Breakfast was great and there was snack provided in Tuesday which was nice as well. In the room, the pillow was comfortable and clean. Nice location as well. Close to the restaurants, mall, parks and zoo. Free shuttle was excellent.

The beds & pillows are very cozy. The bath towels are a lovely size, big enough to wrap around you entirely. The wood floors are a nice feature & in good shape. A mini fridge & microwave are appreciated. Ice & vending machines on each floor. Chicago Joe's restaurant on site. The staff were very accommodating to our Westjet fiasco's of cancels & delays. A late checkout was granted & extended the next morning. The general manager was wonderful. 24/7 shuttle to the airport.
