The place is very nice. Main building and chalets/higher room categories set up. I like that the hotel is not big, not crowded, so you switch off the busy life. We bought staycation package, loved the inclusions: massage, access to yoga, meditation, breathing techniques classes. Staff is very friendly too. Thank you to each of them.

Breakfast is fantastic. Lots of Arabic food and normal food to choose. You can buy a half price voucher to have buffet dinner in the Orchid restaurant, and it is nice and valuable. The room is a little bit old that you can tell from sofa colour, but it is clean. The employees there are really really nice. They are passionate and helpful. There are shuttle bus for free between Wyndham's private beach several times a day, and once a day return to Dubai Mall. You can enjoy relaxing and shopping when you stay here.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any issues, the process of check-in and check-out was smooth. The hotel is quite renovated, the rooms are huge. There is a shuttle bus on schedule to go to the beach and Dubai Mall. The beach is private shared between 2 Ramada properties. There is a nice working area with good internet connection. Gym and sauna are good.
