I hate booking somewhere without reviews and dont normally do reviews. This was a great find the cabin was exactly like photos 3 really good sized double bedrooms with good quality bedding 3 full bathrooms the place was really clean location was a dream in the middle of a forest but still a 5 min drive to a town with plenty of shops bars restaurants the balcony where massive and so nice to sit at nights the area was amazing really perfect for a family i would highly recommend these cabins for a family vacation cant wait to go back i would bring fishing rods river in forest is 100 yards away

All cabins in Ballyconnell

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Gorgeous cabin in stunning a woodland setting. We saw red squirrels, loads of different little garden birds and a hare - so it was fantastic to just sit and have a cup of tea on the veranda and watch the wildlife. Really peaceful and relaxing. Cabin is in a gated community of around 42 log cabins so feels secure and there is a river which runs along the bottom of the site. We had some lovely early morning walks with our dog along the river.

amazing location , our cabin was located just beside the river bank. when sipping a coffee on a terrace, you can view the river and listen to birds singing, very calming, and you really feel connected to nature. The fireplace in the enerning made our stay even more cosy. the place is spotless clean, everything is working fine. this opportunity is definitely worth every cent spent; higly recommend for visiting thanks to the lovely hosts for such a nice weekend.
