Perfect location within the park, very relaxing, and direct access to hiking trails and park entrance. Superb garden with all facilities one can wish for (hammocks, outside tables, grill, direct access to a small river- perfect with kids). Very helpful host, provided many helpful tips. The dream wodden house for us. It had everything that we needed. Also the terrace and the garden to spend some outside time, rest or have breakfast. Chalet Markoci is an excellent place for 4-6 people. It is easy to find, very close to Slunj, the Barac cave and the Plitvice Lakes, thus it is remote, very quiet, with a breathtaking view from the terrace. The house is very well equipped, the hot tub is great fun. The host was very nice, waiting for us when we arrived.
