everything was beautiful. well laid out and thoughtful planning has gone into this. the hosts were exceptionally nice and the extras in arrival were so thoughtful. There was local sausage, eggs and bacon in the fridge. Local butter and a loaf of bread with homemade marmalade, Cornish shortbread and a box of chocolates. In a time where people want top money for minimal effort this was a refreshing change. Highly recommend

I loved everything ♥️ such a beautiful quirky place filled with so much character and the best nights sleep ever! it felt very comfortable and cosy and the owners were lovely and very accommodating from the moment we arrived .. absolutely worth every penny I hope to return again ..

Woodpecker lodge was so clean and cosy. Very quiet but in the perfect location, just what we needed before our baby is due in a couple of weeks. Hosts were super helpful.
