AustraliaGreat location, view over Cotopaxi and other volcanoes was fabulous. Lots of birds in the grounds. Fantastic room with a lovely wood fire to keep you cosy. Restaurant food was good.
If driving yourself allow a lot more time to get there - we nearly did not make it before park shut due to bad roads, cows and an accident (not us) slowing things dow.

The hotel organised a fab horse riding trip for us and helped us travel to our next destination. Also, you can’t get better than the view from the dining room!
