My five-day stay went great mostly thanks to the efforts of the manager who really accommodated every need that arose. I appreciate the care and assistance during my stay and it was instrumental in my enjoying the trip. This attention really overrides all the small issues here and there. The manager really knows how to work with clients. The front desk staff, the housekeeping staff were always accommodating and nice. I was expecting breakfast to be the same every day but the diversity of options truly surprised. Omlette station was an amazing addition and western options (especially the porridge) were most appreciated. The bed was very large and comfortable. There is even a balcony. The location is amazing. For a three-star hotel this is definitely a great deal. I would totally recommend!

Great location, located in Thamel, close to shops, cafes and restaurants but still quiet. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Great breakfast with many options.

The rooms are clean and well-equipped with amenities, the location is perfect (right in the heart of Thamel), and the manager and staff are simply amazing. They are very helpful, always available, and genuinely committed to making your stay perfect. We'll definitely book here again when we come back to Kathmandu. Thank you everyone
