It's situated at walking distance to Mirissa fishing harbor where whale watching tours start and also less than 1.5 km from the secret beach and <1km from Mirissa town. The rooms are comfy, well maintained and come with all the amenities. The staff is very friendly and courteous and provides excellent service. And flexibility at arrangements is also noteworthy. And all of this comes at a very fair asking price. If you're visiting Mirissa area this is the easiest to recommend. But you may have to make reservations in advance. The location was amazing and also the facility was beautiful. We loved the pool area with the direct access to an almost empty beach. Surrounded by many restaurants and only a 19-minute-walk from Hiriketiya beach.

I liked the location as it’s 5 min walk from the beach. There was everything you need inside the room, spray from mosquitoes, universal travel adapter, water, clean 2big towels, 2 small towels, AC was working well. It’s pretty new place I think and it’s very cozy. Thank you guys, staff were helpful and friendly.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and immediately felt at home. The team is incredibly friendly and always ready to help to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also the owner is personally involved and very attentive, which adds a warm, personal touch to the experience. There are plenty of facilities, and our kids never had a dull moment. The hotel is set on a hill, offering breathtaking views over the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. After our round trip through Sri Lanka, it was absolutely fantastic to take a break here and fully relax, just what we needed. In short: a fantastic experience that exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking to unwind in comfort and beauty!

Beautiful modern property in a great location close to 2 fantastic beaches and a few minutes walk to Secret Beach. We met James (and Lou) the owner and their friends who happened to be staying at the same time. We were welcomed to a ‘family feel’ environment and told to help ourselves to drinks and to join in on the daily on site yoga. The pool area was really relaxing and beautiful with the pool being the perfect temperature. We felt more like we were leaving a few days with friends than staying at accommodation. We were given great recommendations of places close by to dine (and there were plenty). The chef (sadly I have forgotten his name) was so lovely and helpful and engaging. We really enjoyed our chats with him and he was obviously also a talented chef. Breakfast was always lovely and the timing of it very flexible. We really enjoyed our 3 days here.

The hosts are a wonderful family, super friendly and helpful. They built those beautiful apartments nearby the river allowing visitors to be in the centre of the rainforest. The river is quite loud so one needs to hear that in mind but I personally loved it, such closeness to nature.
