A good price for what you get. Washrooms are nice and clean. Everyone hangs out in the main shared area (restaurant area) and plays guitar and plays cards in the evening (but not too late, quiet hours are respected). During the rainy season, you can swim in the pools of the waterfall that is literally one second away from the lodge.

Our stay at Rambai Tree lodges was magical. Tia was incredibly helpful and the people in general who work for Rambai and within Bukit Lawang are so so lovely. She helped sort us out with a guide to go and see the Oragutans and we managed to see 8 of them in one day. The guides are knowledgeable, interesting and passionate giving a wonderful overall experience. The food was exceptional and Tia is a phenomenal cook, always providing us with delicious fresh fruit afterwards. The location was exceptional, right on the edge of the National Park and with the roaring sound of the river outside, it was big, clean and comfortable. When we arrived we were greeted by Thomas Leaf monkeys on our porch, it was truly magical and I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

Velmi vstřícný personál, dobrá obsluha i perfekt ubytování. Výhodné pro nás, že jsme se mohli domluvit česky. Domluvili zde i další aktivity a výlety. Plně doporučuji. Ivo

Mila Homestay se nachází v destinaci Padang a nabízí ubytování s klimatizací a bezplatným Wi-Fi a terasu. Siti Nurbaya Bridge se nachází 10 km odtud. Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. Calm environment in a residential area. The room is clean with hot water shower. The breakfast is handmade, fresh and delicious. Dila is an amazing host with a shining personality and her family and neighbours are welcoming. Dila offered to pick us at the bus station (free of charge)she is disponible, helpful. She helped us during our stay to organise our transport and send one box back home and share some suggestions to visit around. Possibility to rent a motorbike to visit Padang and around.

Words could not describe how amazing was our experience. Since we arrived, Bryan welcomed us with a very big smile and kindness. The food, the location, the room, everything was perfect and way beyond our expectations. The jungle trekking with the staff of Sumatra Thomas Leaf Monkey was anonther level of perfection. Rachid and Gunawan were more than professional and helpful during the whole trip, big thanks to them. The trek was wonderful, the food also was so delicious , the lunch and the dinner in the camp where we had a special member of the team who cooked for us traditional dishes. We highly recommend both the guesthouse and the trip in the jungle with this super team. Thank you a lot for this lifetime memorable experience.

Orangutan Treks Villa & Eco-Friendly Jungle Trekking Activities se nachází v destinaci Timbanglawang 1 a má restauraci, pokojovou službu, bar, zahradu, terasu a výhled do zahrady. We had a fantastic time with Sumatra Orangutan Trek. Everything was well organized from start to finish. The jungle trek was unforgettable. We saw several orangutans, gibbons, and other monkeys. The guides were knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the environment, always respectful of the wildlife. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home right away. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. A perfect way to experience the jungle in a responsible and memorable way.
