We had an amazing stay at Lithos Villas! The villa was absolutely beautiful and very practical, with everything we could possibly need. The infinity pool was stunning and perfect for relaxing, and the whole place was very comfortable and well-equipped. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sunset experience — truly unforgettable! Our host was incredibly attentive and helpful, always available to assist and making sure all our needs were met. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Lithos Villas to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

This glamping style accommodation and beachside restaurant is definitely the perfect reconnection with nature, with the sea breeze and the delicious fresh food it makes the perfect match to enjoy with all senses. An amazing and relaxing stay in a glamping-style tent with countless details and equipment that I simply can`t find something to complain about, especially that morning shower under the open sky rainfall shower or good afternoon vibe music with a Marshall Bluetooth Speaker (witch is included in room amenities). And, also, it`s worth mentioning the signature à la carte breakfast at the seaside restaurant, included in the stay. So tasteful and carefully chosen ingredients under the lush greenery with squirrels jumping above. Even the password for Wi-Fi is very symbolic 🥰

The apartment was very clean, everything was tasteful and new , the beds and the sofa comfortable. We were only there for one night, passing through, so I can't comment on the location or the kitchen accessories.

Real value for Your money. Tiny kitchen. Big room and bathroom. Our room was on 1.st floor and we had a lovely terrace. Close to the beach and supermarket. Quiet place, slept well.

The location of the building is very convenient, close to the center of Neos Marmaras, as well as to shops, cafes and restaurants, the central beach is about 4-5 minutes away by car. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing,very kind and very helpful. They take care of us every day the two ladies who maintain the building, they gave us detailed information about the places we were visiting as well as restaurants,beaches and places around. We spent such a great time in that luxury suites and deffinetly we will come back and choose same place for our next vacantion in Chalkidiki.

Lovely, peaceful location with a great swimming beach right in front of the property. Nice pool to rinse off in after. The owner and staff were very sweet and friendly. Excellent breakfast, promptly in the room at the requested time.

I and the members of my family - my wife and our two boys - had a lovely time and experienced unforgettable moments at Sikia Village Houses. Studio Nikiti Beach se nachází v destinaci Nikiti a nabízí ubytování s venkovním bazénem, soukromým parkovištěm, zahradou a terasou. Pláž Nikiti je 10 metrů daleko. Everything was so well thought through- the owner gave us his personal tips (amazing!), our kid had a separate space to sleep (privacy appreciated), generous pool hours and 30 seconds to the beach. Staying with our extended family at your hotel was exactly what we needed. I’d definitely come back!
