A wonderfully situated hotel, just metres from the centre of Kutaisi that was modern and had a superb staff. Nino, the front desk manager, was proficient, friendly and went far beyond the call of duty in helping me make the best of my stay. Others at the front desk that were helpful, kind and supportive were Ana, Alexandre and Sandro. Lana, a manager of the hotel, acted both quickly and effectively when my tv stopped working. Breakfast was superb, filled with fresh choices and accompanied by excellent staff. Luka was most appreciated. At lunch and dinner, David did a wonderful job in serving me by being attentive, friendly and well informed.. On other days, Zura, provided me with excellent service. Overall, my stay was a most positive experience so wonderfully enhanced by their magnificent staff.

The hotel is very cozy and beautiful,in a nice neighborhood not far from the center of Kutaisi. The stuff was friendly and very helpful. I totally recommend it !

Green Palace Kutaisi is set in Kutaisi, 3.2 km from Kutaisi Train Station and 6.8 km from Motsameta Monastery. Featuring a terrace, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. It was an absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but it's only a 10-minute walk away, which gives you the tranquility of a tree-lined street. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need; they even provided bathrobes. The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of options. Enjoying our breakfast in the winter garden was a particular pleasure. The hotel also has ample parking, which is very helpful for those traveling by car.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a minimalist design, which I really appreciated. The host was polite and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. All the main attractions are within a 10-minute walk. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is new, in a quiet area but close to the main attractions such as the center and the Bagrati Cathedral. Our room had direct access to the panoramic terrace from where we enjoyed a beautiful view of the city. Fresh linen, cleanliness and private bathroom will ensure all the comfort. The very welcoming and warm hosts, although we arrived late, welcomed us properly, recommended us where to eat very well. Parking in their own yard. Very good breakfast. Thank you for everything!

The host, George is a generous young entrepreneur with perfect attention to detail to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. The location is bang on in the center of the city with easy access and with all the major attractions/essentials within walking distance. The room is fully equipped with all the essentials. Loved it!
