I liked this property for several reasons: - it was very spacious - it was very clean inside - I walked quite a bit to the Casino and Hotel de Ville, and to the exotic garden, the princely palace and others, I took the bus very easy - it doesn’t have its own parking lot, but it is quite close to the underground parking lot at the gara sncf, which allowed us to leave the car there for 3 days - it had air conditioning, washing machine and clothes dryer, so we could do our laundry - the host was nice and left us 2 bottles of water in the fridge, micellar water, napkins and others in the bathroom, coffee capsules in the kitchen...

Location was quite central and very easy to get to and get to the main sites. The instructions were very easy to follow to get the keys and private secure entrance so it felt very safe. The property was as advertised and ideal for our short weekend with everything we could of needed. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Monte Carlo. The communication with the host was friendly and easy and always got fast responses when I had some questions.

You have everything you need nearby (shops, takeaway etc) and a short walk to the station and the town. Trains were very easy and cheap so a much easier way for exploring the coast.

Newly Renovated Apartment with Balcony, AC, Fiber internet se nachází v destinaci Monte Carlo a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi a výhled na hory. The location was ideal - you literally cross the street over to Monaco! Minutes away was a pizzeria, pharmacy, train station, and the bus stops we needed to access the centre and surroundings. Laurent was super understanding of my friends and me arriving before the check-in time and let us leave our luggage in the apartment while we killed the time sightseeing for a few hours. Laurent also recommended some places for us to visit, most of which we did and were not disappointed! He also suggested a taxi ti pick us up from the apartment to the airport at 3:30 AM, which we really appreciated. The apartment was equipped with everything we would have needed, was super clean, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Definitely recommended!
