We were in walking distance of all the major monuments and attractions. The facilities were excellent. A good kitchen enabled us to do some meals as we were there for 3 days.

We arrived at the beginning of a festival and were informed about the attractions to see and how to get to them. Made the whole stay a totally enjoyable one.

I was very pleasantly surprised - this property exceeded my expectations and was one of the best value-for-money propositions during my travels over 2 weeks (& 8 different hotels/properties) in northern Spain. I only regretted my short stay didn't allow me opportunity to use the amazing swimming pool on the roof.

First, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful! Well designed and clean. The restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed their 3 course lunch special. Location was excellent. Accessible to old town, shopping places and to other must see places in San Sebastián .

Catalonia Donosti has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in San Sebastián. The front desk staff were wonderful, We had a problem with our rental car and the two young ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help.They permitted to leave the car at the front of the hotel and translated for us when the mechanic arrived. They also helped with dining plans and showed us the best ways of getting around.The door man was also very helpful
