I liked everything in the hotel, the employees were so attentive and helpful, I didn't count that they provided a staff to grab your baggage. Besides they offered free water, free coffee and tea, the room was very clean and well smelling. Basically nothing to complain about. The hotel was so good that sometimes we rather stay in the hotel than the city.

Gigliola was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I originally booked for a shorter visit but ended up extending for two more nights because I liked it so much. The location is also a big plus: it’s on a quiet street, which is not always easy to find in San Andrés. In general compared to many shady places on the island where you have old installations, dirty rooms, no water etc this one is a rare asset. Highly recommend!

I thought I'd booked the Glamping, however, I stayed in the Private Room which the Beds and facilities were very nice, with a Small private balcony that over looks the sea. Breakfast was excellent, so much to choose from and its included. I enjoyed the Private deck at night, so tranquil by the sea and looking at the stars 🌟. 1A

The whole place is beautiful and super well-maintained. The cabins are clean and confortable. Water runs smoothly everywhere and the pool was a great experience for the kids in the evening. Doris and Cesar, the hosts, are extremely helpful and kind. They give the best advice for things to do. I highly recommend staying at Yellow Home.

Antonio was warm, helpful and informative. He went above and beyond with information and gave recommendations and contacts for scooter hire and tours on the island. The room was spacious, quiet, one of the best beds I’ve slept in and the room was kept cool by the air conditioner. The property had a great kitchen with everything provided to cook and is a short 20 minutes walk to town. Thank you Antonio. Highly recommend.

The people and the place was great. Really comfortable and peaceful. Overall it was lovely, would recommend it a 100%.

We enjoyed the facilities size since every room and lobby was design with plenty of space width and height. As an autistic adult, I have sensory overloads but I was feeling great all the time there. Plus, as a very detailed oriented person I valued themes and colors and enjoyed the walks and stories they shared with us. We highlight how everything was neat and clean all the time too. Liz and Luis are very kind and welcome people. As soon as we arrived there we felt like being with family around them. We really enjoyed the cultural exchange since they spend time with us showing us the culture, flowers, fruits, pictures and explained with clear instructions how the place works... Also, we got to taste delicious breakfast and snacks they prepared with such amount of love and dedication. It feels in the air the peace and beautiful place. If you want to experience a quiet and peaceful place to spend your vacation, this is definitely the right place for you. We can not wait to come back to Blue Lizard House. It feels both like at home with care and love 🏡 and like a 5 star hotel (clean, tidy, neat, quiet, peaceful, beautiful) plus as an autistic adult I found this place very friendly to spend your vacations.

The location was perfect, close to everything especially excursion meeting points, and walkable to the city center. Our hosts were amazing, responsive to messages, and had multiple recommendations which we loved. The a/c worked great and there was hot water which we found was not a common amenity on the island or even Cartagena. They offered a simple but much-appreciated breakfast delivered directly to the room upon request. I would absolutely stay here again!
