They tried to arrange a very good room for us when we actually checked in earlier than the standard check-in time. We really appreciate their mindfulness. The room was very comfy and quiet with a beautiful snow view. Breakfast was obviously improved from the last time we were here. It was warm with more choices.

Our stay at this hotel was truly pleasant and relaxing. The hotel has been recently renovated, which added a fresh and modern feel to the experience. What made it even more special was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff — they were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The hospitality we received was genuinely heartwarming. I would definitely stay here again!
