Situated 1.3 km from Parque Araucano, The Place, Live & Meet features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge and a 24-hour front desk for your convenience. What a gem!! This place is so comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic. Staff are extremely helpful. Paid laundry downstairs is clean. Rooftop is lovely too, but the wifi doesn’t work up there. Short walk to good restaurants, or eating in is nice and simple. We would happily stay again.

Perfect location, amazing food for room service and breakfast, stunning views and very comfortable room, added to quality wifi and great staff. Great value for money.

In front of the hotel, there are street sellers,and the street is a vibrant place with very good restaurants and wine bars. Lots of people all day and night, but that does not mean you will not have good sleep: the room is silent and the bed is super comfortable.

Located in the heart of upscale quiet residential Providencia, Heidelberg Haus offers self-catering apartments with WiFi in a tranquil area of Santiago. The apartment was spotless with everything that you needed. The location is amazing, it is in a nice, green and safe area in Santiago; we enjoyed strolling around the neighbourhood and visit some restaurants closed by. It is also easily reached by metro, bus or car; that make it easier to get know other places as well. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Thank you! We will come back for sure!

I had an emergency issue, and all the staff were great. They helped and guided me. All of them were aware of my situation and checked if I needed anything.
