Great location, very clean, neat and stylish. Helpful and friendly staff. We spent a day in the hotel but I think it would be comfortable to stay there to visit the park every day.

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. We had a fantastic stay! The room had a stunning view of the mountains, and the location of the hotel couldn’t be better—right near the park entrance and nestled in a beautiful valley, just a short walk from the river. The spa is great, featuring a large pool, saunas, and relaxing massages. The food throughout our stay was very good. The cozy lobby with a fireplace and scenic view made it a great spot to unwind, we enjoyed spending some time on the outdoor terrace with a traditional music and lamb on the grill. Horse riding was a highlight for our kid.

She also brought us breakfast, which was unnecessary but nice

We were met by Cristian upon arrival and had an efficient check in. His place has a great location in the city close to nice restaurants (5 min) and walkable to the bus terminal (20 min) Cristian and his family were extremely welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is great and they prepare it based on when it suits you :) Bed was comfortable and we had warm showers We were also able to leave our big bags here while on the trek, which was HUGELY appreciated!!

We received a warm welcome from Soraya and noticed immediately how clean and comfortable she keeps her B&B. The bathrooms were spotless, the showers were strong and warm and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the dining room was lovely and Soraya was very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay.

What exceptional hosts. So helpful. Such good souls. So proactive. Great conversations. The hostel was also really nice to hang out. Kitchen was great. Living room really chill. Met amazing travellers. Also close to centre and bus station. Comfy beds.
