The owner was super nice & helped us out alot with local info. Suite was clean & comfy with a homey feel. Breakfast snacks & coffee provided. Quiet location walking distance to the historic downtown area. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in the Uxbridge area.

You get more than what you are paying for, in my opinion. Very clean, quiet hosts even though they have kids you can tell they are well mannered and respectful and aware that there are people downstairs which was nice. Lots of big fluffy comfortable pillows on all beds, lots of extra cozy blankets. The beds were very comfortable. They even offered us a late check out which helped with our day a lot! Thank you

This basement is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully set up. It is spotlessly clean and well-appointed. A supermarket is a short walk away and it has what you need to cook some food. The decor is beautiful. The hosts communicate well. There is space to park a car. It has a washing machine and a dryer. We highly recommend this for a couple. For 4 people, as we were, it is only suitable for 1 or 2 nights as it's a bit tight.

Be aware that the ceiling height in the bedroom is about 5'6".but there are 2 hideabeds in the living room which are good Very quiet area. 10/10
