Last time we visited here in JBR was last month, March 3 of this year. We passed by this place and told ourselves that we would check in here on our next visit. We even saw this place while it was still under construction back in 2023. I was really amazed because of the beautiful view and the complete amenities like the indoor pool, spa, and sauna. It’s also very close to water activities and nearby restaurants. I also want to say thank you to the staff for being so kind, especially to Hamza at the reception for the smooth and hassle-free check-out process.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service is impeccable, everyone is so polite and dedicated to make you feel good. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are of very high quality. The bathroom&shower area, rooftop bar are all a dream. Beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby. They even sent a bouquet to my room when I mentioned how beautiful they are. The location is convenient to reach everywhere. They provided early check in around 7:30 am and late check out at 6 pm. Special thanks to Sayyed in the reception who ensured my holiday was at its best!

Nastanitev Icon Delux Hotel Apartments Al Barsha - Formerly Abidos je od znamenitosti nakupovalno središče Mall of the Emirates oddaljena 16 min hoje in nudi restavracijo, zunanji bazen, fitnes ter... Location, size of the apartment, swimming pool and most importantly the staff at front desk. They were super friendly, smooth check-in and check-out and very accommodating. Special thanks to their manager Kartik who made sure everything was smooth.

Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the hotel itself, the cleanliness, the beach. The hotel was really trying to accommodate all of our requests. We had some minor issues (outside of the hotel’s control), however the hotel made sure that we still enjoy our stay, and we really did! So far one of the best hotels in Dubai I have been to, and plan on definitely coming back! A big thank you to NH The Palm, and all of their staff!
