We were given the most incredible two-bedroom apartment with a private pool on the 44th floor, offering an unreal panoramic view of Dubai and Palm Jumeirah. I still can’t believe my luck! Waking up to this view every morning felt like a dream. What truly sets this hotel apart is how they cater to every guest’s wishes. No request is too big or too small—they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. And I must say, Hamza has become more than just a manager to us—he is a true friend. His kindness, attentiveness, and incredible dedication to his work make him an exceptional person and a true asset to this hotel. Leaving is heartbreaking—I truly have tears in my eyes! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service is impeccable, everyone is so polite and dedicated to make you feel good. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are of very high quality. The bathroom&shower area, rooftop bar are all a dream. Beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby. They even sent a bouquet to my room when I mentioned how beautiful they are. The location is convenient to reach everywhere. They provided early check in around 7:30 am and late check out at 6 pm. Special thanks to Sayyed in the reception who ensured my holiday was at its best!

Ogni hotel ha i suoi punti positivi e negativi. Quello che fa la differenza è la corretta gestione dei problemi che si presentano, trasformando un soggiorno problematico in un soggiorno soddisfacente. Grazie al FOM Kareem e al restaurant manager Abdessalam per aver provveduto a tutto ciò.

Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the hotel itself, the cleanliness, the beach. The hotel was really trying to accommodate all of our requests. We had some minor issues (outside of the hotel’s control), however the hotel made sure that we still enjoy our stay, and we really did! So far one of the best hotels in Dubai I have been to, and plan on definitely coming back! A big thank you to NH The Palm, and all of their staff!
