Hotel is between 5-10 minute taxi ride to Tuần Châu port for all Halong Bay cruises. The family owners are one of the nicest and friendliest people we’ve met in Vietnam. The father owns the hotel and the mom manages the small store at the hotel lobby. Their daughter helps them communicate in English with their guests. Otherwise, we used Google Translate. No big deal at all since the couple are really nice. Our room was super clean and well lit, just the perfect size for three people. Highly recommend this place.
