Mr Luis was the perfect host. The grounds were beautiful. The place was clean and comfortable. The pool so refreshing and peaceful - perfect for cooling off each night. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Kitchen access was very convenient for preparing meals, along with a nice dining and living room area for relaxing, or socializing with other guests. Luis was always available to address any issues or answer any questions. We were able to keep our bags safely locked at the House while venturing over to Principe for 5 days, then return for another 3 days’ stay at Casa Luis. Luis made our trip to São Tomé seamless, pleasant and memorable.

Guests can take in the views of the sea from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The location is fantastic and has a beautiful view. We loved staying in Santana. The house is well equipped and has a lovely mango tree in the garden. The hosts are very helpful. We really recommend this place.

Very yummy fish and very fresh fruits and vegetables, and the coffee is the best in the world!
