Hospitality 10/10, they are so kind and friendly and caring, and the apartment is just really very cozy and the kitchen bigger than it looks on the pictures. I got stranded in Nynäshamn on a cold and snowy day after a very long journey, the ferry didn't go anymore due to the weather, and then under these circumstances coming home to such a warm and kind environment was just the best that could have happened to me. The room was very cozy with a comfortable bed, there was tea and coffee prepared, some sweets, I was even offered soup, and it was very quiet and relaxing there with some atmospheric lightning. Agnes and Martin where also there when I stayed but I didn't hear them at all. We just had some lovely chats in the kitchen, and the overall communication was very good and easy. Can only strongly recommend to stay with them, I would love to come back one day!

Our room was tastefully decorated in a classic Nordic style, giving it a charming and authentic feel—perfect for visitors coming from abroad. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, and the entire property is impeccably clean. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic—varied, high-quality, and thoughtfully prepared. As a lovely bonus, we were able to enjoy Sunday breakfast outside in the garden thanks to the great weather. The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. They were always willing to assist with anything we needed. An amazing stay overall. We can’t wait to come back!

The price was entirely justified given the top class location, high standard of accommodation and the range of services included. The units are equipped with heating facilities. We were warmly welcomed by a very friendly host, who even took us grocery shopping by boat and was always helpful. The stay was truly refreshing and we would love to come back.

One morning, we even saw a Reindeer 🦌 passing by the path, which was a truly memorable highlight. Both the bus stop and a supermarket are within easy walking distance of about 20 minutes, making everything very convenient. Stavsnäs is an idyllic little village, perfect for exploring the archipelago and unwinding in nature. We would definitely love to come back!

The holiday home features an open-air bath and private check-in and check-out. We liked everything about Toppstugan! It was in a perfect location - right next to the lake and woods with many walking trails. We went swimming everyday. The terns, swallows, swifts, ducks and swans were all good company. It was tranquil - a place to rest and recharge. The sunsets over the lake were breathtaking. The hosts were exceptional-very friendly, kind and helpful. We miss it!
