The location is well away from other camps and it is very discreet. (On the drive in, you will see other camps very close to the road, don't book those) Dinner and breakfast were delicious and our fussy children found the food excellent. We took the additional options of a 4WD transfer in and a sunset camel ride. We count ourselves lucky to have the camp to ourselves for the night, as we booked a Monday evening. The camp manager is very attentive.

It was excellent. You felt like you were all alone but the staff just showed up just in time for what ever you needed. Lovely staff! The drive there was amazing. Recommend driving on your own with a 4x4

I must highly recommend Moon Light Camp for everyone who is looking for the real desert experience in Oman! The tent is beyond my imagination. It was very clean, tidy, especially the bed is very cozy! We booked the dinner and breakfast as well. Trust me those are super valuable! There's a solar USB charger inside the tend so don't worry about the power. We enjoyed the sunset, sunrise. Don't miss the night starry sky! That will be one of the most memorable experience in your life!

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Amazing experience! We had a great stay. Tents were cozy, dinner was great and Said was the most hospitable host. Getting picked up to share the tasty meals nearby was wonderful and integrated perfectly. The entire staff were lovely, especially Humied. He answered every question and was probably the funniest host I’ve encountered. I loved the camel ride and the dune bashing! The transfer was smooth as well. Well worth the added price. This place has it all and its people are lovely. I wish I would’ve stayed longer.
