The highlight of our experience was the incredible staff. Mrs. Sandya and Mr. Kaveen went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their warm hospitality and attentive care made us feel right at home. Every request was met with a smile, and they consistently worked to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We truly appreciated their efforts, and it’s one of the key reasons we would happily return to this apartment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and I must say it offers an excellent combination of price and quality. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation. The photos provided are entirely accurate, and the warm reception we received made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa is well-guarded, providing a sense of security throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, making for a great start to each day. We enjoyed the comfortable pool, and the premium access to the ocean, just 30 seconds away, was a standout feature. The service provided by the staff, from the airport to the villa, was truly five-star. It was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Sri Lanka.

The host and his family were very nice, their hospitality was great, thank you for the stay, we really enjoyed it and 100% recommend.

Situated within 100 metres of Wadduwa Beach and 28 km of Bambalapitiya Railway Station, Kuma Beach side Villa features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Wadduwa. There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, room service and currency exchange for guests. Kuma was very welcoming and made sure we felt comfortable from the first minute. He offered us a nice cup of tea after our long journey and his wife even made us traditional coconut biscuits for the Christmas breakfast :) Beautiful house and lovely people! We had a great first night in Sri Lanka and a perfect start for our holidays. Next time we'll make sure to stay at Kumas place for a longer time.
