I enjoyed the location, close to the old town but not crowded—easy to get to all attractions. The WiFi was reliable and fast. The lighting was nice, the bed comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space for clothes and personal items. The brand-new air conditioner worked well. Check-in was easy, and communication was smooth. The host was very considerate and super helpful. What I really appreciated was that every detail was carefully thought out and designed to ensure an enjoyable stay. I felt very well looked after. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Immaculate! So clean. The bed was very comfortable and the terrace was cute! Proximity to the neighborhood bakery and walk to beaches & old town.

We spent 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Apartman Elena asub Splitis, 2,7 km kaugusel Duilovo rannast ja 4,2 km kaugusel Mladezi pargi staadionist. Kohapeal on konditsioneer. We like everything about our stay for its price. Host was on contact all the time. We had an issue that someone else put the car on parking, but it was resolved in timely manner. There is a private parking place near the apartment, that belongs to this apartment. For long and wide car was ok. There is no barrier entry (you will not need to lift the luggage) and elevator to 3rd floor. Apartment was very small, but very functional, like all available place was taken with its functionality, which we like. Bed was comfortable. Overall, we were very happy. Mall of Split in few minutes.
