Situated 1.3 km from Parque Araucano, The Place, Live & Meet features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge and a 24-hour front desk for your convenience. The hotel is simply great, we stayed two nights in the apartment with a balcony and we loved it! The place is new and very nicely decorated, we even had a fully equipped kitchen (though didn’t use it). All common areas are so cozy and quiet, never saw it busy during the day. Although the rooftop pool is quite small, I always managed to find a bed, though spots in the shade are limited! Finally, we had breakfast included in the price and, we tried different options and all of them were delicious.

Located in the heart of upscale quiet residential Providencia, Heidelberg Haus offers self-catering apartments with WiFi in a tranquil area of Santiago. The apartment was spotless with everything that you needed. The location is amazing, it is in a nice, green and safe area in Santiago; we enjoyed strolling around the neighbourhood and visit some restaurants closed by. It is also easily reached by metro, bus or car; that make it easier to get know other places as well. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Thank you! We will come back for sure!

We had an early morning arrival at Santiago (6:30 AM) and the property manager told us ahead they will try to get the room ready if possible else we can leave luggage in their office while we explore the city. The room was indeed kept ready for us to check-in which was super helpful! The second bathroom is a bit small but is perfectly usable and everything is as seen in photos. Very central location, short walk to metro as well as Sky Costanera complex. A very convenient and safe location to explore Santiago from.
