Great location near all Abu-Dhabi attractions, great breakfast, nice big and what is important very clean rooms! heated swimming pool is one love. Staff was great and so helpful. thank you guys. Will definitely come back

We went there in the beginning September first the soft opening. We were the only ones ;)) Quite place , great place to connect to nature! Plunge pool was nice at night to look at the stars :) . Staff was super nice , friendly! Abishek, Guru we had more contact than the other staff . The chef is amazing! I have food allergies and he was able to cater to my needs! Food drinks were awesome . At night time looked so magical . We booked the dome and it’s huge inside! Had a welcome basket, nice touch :)). I stayed in a lot of places high end or cheap but this unique experience does worth the money ! And lit if reviews said u need to wait for the car to pick you up , but if that’s your biggest problem then I think those people should not travel anywhere! We enjoyed the quiet, looking at the stars ! Can’t wait to go back !!

The staff was the best part…super friendly and attentive. Food was great, facility was also amazing. We stayed in Villa 3 with our parents and it was absolutely awesome

Nazym was an amazing receptionist. She was very friendly and helpful. Everything was close by. The neighborhood was peaceful. There’s a conviene store that is so close and a mall. The pool was lovely. The room was spacious and everything u need they have.

I liked the comfy furniture . i tried couple other appartments in the same area some did not have sofa's or uncomfy bedsheets and others have sofa's but not as comfy as this . will book again 100%

B12 Studio near Ferrari world, with canal and pool view se nachází v destinaci Abu Dhabi a nabízí venkovní bazén a výhled na jezero. The location was absolutely brilliant. Although we live in Dubai, I was not familiar with this complex on Yas Island, and it was such a revelation. The complex has a Kid's Club, lots of playground, wonderful swimming pools, so there was so much to do. The Studio was spacious and extremely comfortable, we were able to cook, eat, sleep, find clean beach towels, the air-conditioning was great. Everything was perfect. It was also right by the Sea World and other attractions, as promised, and had a dedicated parking spot right by the house. Also, there is a Carrefour Supermarket within the complex walking distance. We had such a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Very nice appartement, safe and clean. The owner was very accommodating and reactive. I recommend this place !
