Would give this place a 12 if possible. The staff from second 1 were incredible. Warmth, kindness,hospitality…the list of boxes ticked is endless. The room was large and spacious and the views from the balcony were wonderful. We arrived during a heavy rain shower and within minutes hot beverages were ready for us whilst we waited for our room. We were also given restaurant suggestions and discount tokens of which we gratefully availed of. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Big shout out to Susie also for making check out pain free. Nikki and Susie were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They call it a home stay and it feels absolutely like that.

The place is brand new. The room had a good shower too. It was very neat and super close to Hue's Imperial citadel, in fact we could see the external fortress from the room. The small street where it's located is also quaint, by the moat and with a couple nice places to eat breakfast.

Excellent, relaxing location that gives a real local feel of Hue, coupled with kind, knowledgable hosts that make you feel very much at home. All the key cultural sites are not far away. Local food for breakfast was an added bonus, as were the free bikes to cycle around the local area
