I’ve been lucky enough to visit more than 30 countries, and obviously countless hotels. I have never stayed anywhere as beautiful and utterly rewarding as ‘A Piece of Paradise’ though. This sweet little cabin is located in a wonderful, natural area near La Laguna (lake) and Cerro Picacho (mountain). The setting and grounds are beautiful and the lake is within walking distance. The trailhead to a Cerro Picacho hike is on the way to the lake. There is warm water in the shower in the stunning bathroom and a kitchen with all of the equipment you need to cook your meals (there are no restaurants in the area). Bring your hiking shoes and portable chairs so you can enjoy the outside space! Check-in was super easy and the place was spotless!

We stayed at Prana Home in Panama for two nights and had a wonderful time! The weather was great (as it often is there), and the accommodation was beautiful—very clean, nicely decorated, and even had a jacuzzi. We felt completely at home and enjoyed a lovely barbecue during our stay. The outdoor area is charmingly decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The owners are incredibly kind and attentive. They were always available to help and made sure we had everything we needed. Their warm and personal approach made our stay even more special. Highly recommended—we would love to come back

Everything!! I enjoyed my stay in the San Carlos town and it's proximity to the beach, a 10minute walk, and the expansive shopping area of Coronado, easily accessible by a 50 cent (or less) bus ride! Specifically, as a solo traveler and youngish baby boomer, the San Carlos Beach Inn exceeded my expectations and is my favorite of all my bookings from the month-long adventure in Panama! The staff, who spoke English and Spanish, were very kind, mature, and accommodating -- well done! I originally booked 4 nights as the second last stop on my journey; and after the second day, I requested an additional 3-night stay which was easily accommodated! All of the basics that you would want are available in this quaint little town, within mere meters of the Inn, including a Dentist next door! I truly feel like I have found my home away from home! To Courtney, Edgar and the rest of the superb staff members including at the Cafe, (and especially to Joe & Lise) I sincerely thank you for your kindness and at times tolerating my incessant stories! :) Looking forward to seeing you all next year!

Wonderful spot in a jungle Park close to the pacific ocean. Beach is excellent, enjoy the waves and a mixture of black and white sand. We had a house with kitchen in an extra house. That was great, a lot of space and time to relax outside. You defenetly need a car, if you want to experience the surrounding. Only one hour to El Valle de Antón, great spot, especially on hot days, because it's less hot in the mountains.

    location is very beautiful but more remote than i expected. it is a 40 minute drive to go out for dinner , either to the village of Anton itself or to coronado. breakfast is in a lovely setting, homecooked in mexican style. would suggest adding chorizo to the scrabled eggs course to add a little more protein for us meat eaters.
