I had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the coast, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. An exceptional host, warm and welcoming, with excellent communication skills and proactive assistance. The room is fully equipped, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. It's a short 400-meter walk to the beach. Special commendation goes to Miss Amra Muratoviq, who alleviated my concerns brilliantly. I would rate her 10 out of 10. If I return to Big Beach in Ulcinj next year, I will definitely rebook their hotel.

The apartments are completely new. Everything clean and modern furniture. Small fridge in the room. Very well located, two minutes walking to the promenade and main beach, and 8 minutes to the old town. Easy to park the car in front of the entrance. The owners are super friendly!

We arrived very early in the morning but Arlind the host was very welcoming and let us stay in the reception area while waiting for our apartment to be ready later that morning. The whole family was very helpful and always with a smile. We were a family of 5 including 3 teenagers but the two rooms were big and it was plenty of space for all of us. Arlind was so kind that he also drove us to a beach further away and also to the busstation when we left. We would definitely recommend City Apartments to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, spacious and clean accomodation. Arlind and family are all very helpful and friendly, always with a smile. We are looking forward to staying there again next year.

    Fantastic place, fantastic owner, fantastic villa. Never before has anyone welcomed us like Miroslav. Villa very clean and fully equipped, has more than you need. Great swimming pool, maintained daily. Beautiful place. If you are thinking about booking, book now, you won't regret it! The list of advantages would be too long. The most important thing for us: - contact with the owner, - own swimming pool, - fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

    I was with my family for 2 night in this villa,people who have the villa are really good people or is better to say perfect family. Villa is all around with flowers and free parking inside in shadow of trees, is calm at night AC working good, clean room and confort bed.
