Asked for a little extra something, as a young couple. Arrived to three towel hearts on bed, filled with petals. Such a cute gesture from the host. The bed and pillows were soft and clean. Plenty of towels. A little basket in the bathroom with soaps and such. The view from the balcony was lovely, there are two stools and a little table. AC worked well. Bathroom is small but well equipped. There is a hair dryer but I didn't even need it, as I sat on the balcony in summer heat and hair was dry in 10 minutes. There is free cold water bottles in the fridge in the corridor for guests to take. There is also a coffee machine ( that I did not use so cannot comment on that).

The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Furniture in perfect condition. Decor elements create home comfort and there is no feeling that you are away from home. The hosts are responsive, caring, respond immediately to messages. The apartment have everything you need and even more. We didn't need anything. Everything was at hand from kitchen utensils to air conditioning, ironing supplies. Towels are white, in all required sizes. Bed linen is fresh. The bathroom is large and bright. There is a shower and a small bath. The apartment has a lot of wardrobes, chests of drawers, hangers. In general, there is more than enough storage space. Two large balconies: one to the courtyard overlooking the magnificent Italian pine trees, the other to the city clock tower and a piece of the sea) Our almost two-week stay in sunny, blooming Anzio was amazing thanks to the caring owners of these beautiful apartments! Thank you so much for the warmth and incredibly tasty gift on our departure! On the road, we remembered you with gratitude and warmth!

There is not place like home but as everyone knows but what I liked about the property is I felt like home! I really enjoyed my stay as I was with my 1 year old son.the place was very quiet and peaceful for someone who wants to scape from crowded.the owner was so kind and caring as for example the day of check in the room was warmed up for which I really appreciate;) yeah I really enjoyed being there I recommend.

Our stay at this charming B&B in Anzio was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly hospitable owner Cornelia, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our entire week-long stay. Each morning, we were greeted with a delicious breakfast that set the tone for a wonderful day. Best hosts we have ever met. Very caring and accommodating to our family. We were pleasantly surprised by the care we received (the fridge had treats for us and the rooms were very clean). For traveling it is better to book a car and then it will be more convenient to get around. We enjoyed it very much, I heartily recommend this place Thank you for everything

Very calm and cozy location near the sea! The host is very friendly, attentive and polite. The house is equipped with everything. We really enjoyed there beautiful terrace with fruit trees, it was really great Italian vacation! Highly recommended!

    Stunning place in a great spot in Anzio: this place is a true gem and the owner goes a long way to provide an amazing experience to her guests, like in a true b&b experience. The villa is beautiful and it's surrounded by a fantastic garden with even a swimming pool. We had our best time in while.

    Great and cozy summer house, good location for visiting area: 50 minutes to Rome, 40 min to Castel Gandolfo, 15 minutes to nice beaches - Nettuno, Anzio. Villa with very nice garden, barbecue area with big table where you can spend most of your time. Very clean and tidy, fresh bed linens and towels.

    We did like everything about our experience at Anzio Central Holiday House. The location is perfect to reach the sailing facilities as well as to reach amazing restaurants just around the corner. Giorgia was really helpful is supporting our requests even beyond expectations. A real star of Hospitality!

    Francesco and Alessandro displayed exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They efficiently transported us to and from the beach and airport, and even picked us up from the train station. Additionally, Villa Romano's affable dog will warmly welcome you upon your return. We unequivocally relished our stay and enthusiastically recommend it to others.

    Lovely modern villa with lots of kerb appeal, inside security gated grounds with lots of parking. Our host was charming and welcoming and the room was, on the face of it fine. There was a large terrace area where we were able to sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine in the company of the resident and very friendly Golden Retriever.
