The cabin was really great. Small, but it had everything we could ask for, and more. A lovely handwritten note from the owner and welcome sweets were waiting us! The area around the farm was beautiful, the kids walked around and saw the horses 😊 Everything was really clean and tidy.

Wonderfully designed and outfitted. The yurt was amazing. Rick (the host) was very friendly and super helpful. The yurt had all the amenities needed. The shared washroom was immaculate and very well equipped. The workmanship for both the yurt and the washroom was also amazing. So many exceptional details. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Our home is well-prepared and all we need is included in it. Due to the flooding and road No.1 was temporarily closed when we stayed there, we needed to stay one more night at Home. Luckily, we booked one more night and enjoyed the warm, quiet vibe, and amazing views around the Home.

The self-service check in was very smooth and the instructions sent by the owner explained everything clearly. The room and facilities were clean and the atmosphere is very homey.     The vacation rental offers an ideal location to explore the Golden Circle in Iceland. With attractions such as the Geysir, the Gullfoss waterfall, and the Þingvellir National Park nearby, it is a perfect starting point for adventures in this fascinating region. The vacation rental itself was exceptional, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Shopping facilities are about 15 minutes away, and the large windows are ideal for observing the Northern Lights.

    the location was quite remote, but beautiful setting. The holiday home was warm and cosy and everything we needed. the host was very helpful and went out of her way for us to sort out the TV.

    Our stay at Heima Holiday Homes was amazing. The homes were so clean and updated with full kitchen and large bathrooms. The hosts were so helpful and assisted us with travel plans during some bad weather to ensure we were safe in our activities and travel to other destinations. The location is very nice with a beautiful view and is a short drive to town for food etc. we would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely go back.

    Wonderful huge villa in the countryside. Quiet! Hot tub with view of the sunset. Simply amazing. Easy to check-in and check-out. Perfect to explore the Golden Circle corner. Selfoss with supermarket etc is not too far.

    Heima Holiday Homes are beautiful, clean, spacious. They are in a more remote section of Selfoss with a gravel driveway but this also makes for private and quiet place to sleep at night. We had a toyota yaris car and it handled the driveway just fine. There are many waterfalls within 30mins to 1 hour of this rental. The hosts are very helpful if you need them but otherwise will give you privacy. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
