the hotel and room is very clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. The location is also nice. It is a quite place but it is between Rhodes center and beautiful-famous beaches. There is a bus station very close to hotel (3 min. on foot). There is a supermarkets very close to the hotel so you can buy some drink and food. then you can hangout at the garden of your room which is next to mandarin trees and swimming pool. There is a kitchen and fridge at the room. There are many restaurants near the hotel as well. also there are a few rent a car offices around the hotel. We didn’t rent, we used buses but many people prefers to rent in the island. Bus tickets are 2.50 euro. Also taxis are not expensive. It costs less than 2 Euro per kilometer

Wonderful hosts, very warm and kind, always available. Modern architecture with magic private pool and jacuzzi, exceptionally king size bed, pleasant lighting and many nice accessories. Superior cleanliness. Located in peaceful and green surroundings in the centre of Faliraki is perfect starting point for trips to all main attractions of the island as Rhodes old town, Butterfly valley, Seven springs or Lindos. Most beautiful beaches are in the nearby surroundings. Closest you can get by few minutes walk. Market is just one minute away and there are many restaurants and bars close by.

The property was exactly as shown in the photos — very well-equipped and clean. The location is fantastic, with the beach nearby, as well as supermarkets and restaurants within easy reach. It was peaceful at night, and the pools were close by. But the best part was definitely the staff and the provider, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable throughout our stay.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They behave like you are a part of their families. Rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is so convenient to walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. I strongly recommend this place for those looking for a cosy, simple and clean hotel to rest. I am so glad to spend my holiday in this hotel. I would like to thank the staff for all their work from my heart.

The host was very hospitable and kind from the very beginning of our stay at Peter’s Place. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. Everything requested (e.g. beach towels) was provided. The location is excellent (close to the old town, Lindos, Faliraki and all the nice beaches like Tsampika). Before checking out, the host provided us with some gifts (local honey and drink) and told us that we could check out later than the predetermined time so that the checkout time would better align with our flight. Overall, we felt very welcome at Peter’s Place and the host made us feel valued, rather than just being solely interested in taking our money.

The place is amazing, situated in the heart of the lovely city of Koskinou. We enjoyed sitting at the nearby tavernas with amazing food in the evening and the interior patio was an absolute oasis of relaxation. Andriana, had the best travel suggestions we could have ever expected, her input made our vacation way more beautiful. We would definitely come back and I would recommend this experience to anyone in Rhodes.

    Very nice villa with a beautiful garden, turtle, jacuzzi, pound with fishes! Everything was clean, kitchen has all kitchenette stuff, close to the city center. The owner is very helpful and pleasant woman. I definitely recommend this place. We had a wonderful stay an Nicoles’s place!

    The size of the villa was amazing for our party of 9. A mix of family. We never felt crowded. The layout was great. The pool and area was lovely and cool inside. The kitchen was home from home with everything you would need at hand. The views were outstanding. Overlooking Falaraki Bay. The location is in between Falaraki and Kalithea with everything less than 10mins drive.

    The villa was spacious, with a gorgeous view. We loved the outdoor terrace eating area and in built bbq. We could walk down to the beaches and able to explore Rhodes old town in the evenings.

    The landlady was the nicest lady in the world! She brought us traditional food & parting gifts after our stay. The villa was big & clean, the outdoor area was very nice & the big pool was amazing. All kitchen/bathroom utensils worked fine, and every room had a working TV.
