Everything about Uno is great! Brilliant views from the exterior to interior. We stayed in the Stargazer room, it was spacious and clean and neat and weather you're in bed or sitting on the comfy sofa, the views were fantastic!! Lovely! Brilliant! Breathtakingly beautiful! 😍 ❤ just Looking out over the cathedrals and out towards St.Ives Bay. Views are so beautiful at night too and peaceful atmosphere 😌 Biggest square rainhead shower ever was a bonus! And the room has good skylight features and roof windows so could open them for fresh cool air anytime of the day/night. Owners were both lovely and friendly and helpful. Stayed an extra night as we couldn't get enough of the views from that beautiful room. Comfortable bed too!! We liked that town was only a 2min walk down the footpath from Uno House and the bay/beach side only a walk away as well from Uno. Some great restaurants by the seaside!! You know your car is safe n sound parked at Uno house so didn't have to worry bout that! You won't regret spending a night at Uno. We certainly didn't. We loved every bit of being there in a peaceful, calm and relaxed environment with gorgeous views inside and out! ❤❤

Hosts were extremely kind and friendly and gave me detailed information on how to get to Primrose House. The room was really clean, warm and modern. There was a good range of continental breakfast items in the room with plenty of fresh milk, yoghurts, and orange juice in the fridge. It's a 10 minute drive out of St.Ives, but this was perfect for us as we stopped for a drink at a close by pub, and the area was beautifully quiet. There are buses that go past Primrose house and prebooked taxi was a reasonable price to get back.

The location was ideal and the apartment was a generous size for a couple. It’s rare to have this much space in a holiday let. It was so well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. And the shower is excellent !

this gorgeously located guest house overlooking the harbour of st ives is simply great. lana the host is so friendly and authentic. we were in room 2 which has the best view over a harbour we ever had. you're literally falling asleep looking out on the harbour. with the tide coming in and going out, it becomes a fantastic spectacle to just simply look out the window. the room is all in white which makes you careful, which we experienced as enjoyable :-)

My stay at Downsfield was nothing short of exceptional. Trevose Harbour House is simply delightful. Furnished with love and attention to detail - partly with midcentury furniture. Extremely well-equipped bathroom with rain shower. And I don't think I've ever had such a clean room. Every day we felt like we had just moved in. The exceptionally good breakfast deserves special mention. It leaves nothing to be desired (I read in one of the other reviews of Trevose Harbour House that a guest missed the breakfast buffet. I can't reproduce that). Every hot dish is prepared to the minute by the owners themselves, decorated with love and tastes wonderful. All in all, the experience of the owners, Angela and Olivier, in top establishments is palpable at every moment. We had overlooked the fact (it is of course in the terms and conditions) that check in is possible from 4pm. We were just standing outside the door at 12.00 noon. Eloise, who supports the owners in all matters, was there 20 minutes later and welcomed us. Dear Eloise, thank you again for that! What is not relevant for us, but should be noted in case of restrictions (and is also written in other reviews): the house is on a hillside and has many stairs. In addition, the location is great for exploring Cornwall as St Ives train station is close by (5 minutes walk) and with the connection to St Erth (as an interchange station) all trains are accessible in every direction.
