Felipe run the guesthouse by himself, he is friendly and nice guy. Cats are so so so cute, we loved them so much. We had a great stay here. Our room we booked is big, and there are hot shower, water pressure is enough. House is big and tradicional close to metro station.

Everything was very smooth. Juan Esteban organised our transfer from the airport to the apartment and was there waiting for us upon arrival. All was per the pictures, amazing view of Medellin, working washing machine, all bathrooms had warm water and check-in and check-out were very easy. A definite recommendation :)

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Dolly was extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for her. She arranged pick up from the airport and helped us with our many questions. Breakfast can be picked up from Dolly's sister who runs a breakfast stall at the front of the building. WiFi available The apartment is not in a typical tourist area but in a regular street where you will experience regular people getting on with their lives. We ate in the restaurant across the road and shopped at the local supermarket. Metro nearby or taxis to get to tourist places and tour pick up locations.
