It is worth mention that the property is a bit far from town, so you need to take a taxi that costs between 5 to 10 US to go for lunch or dinner unless you want to use the kitchen available in the room. Tranquil little gem just outside Maun. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very responsive and easy to talk to. Easily the best shower in all of Botswana and very comfortable beds too. I slept extremely well. I also love that they have a little shop with their staff’s handicraft work for sale, so much more special when you meet the people who made the items you buy in person.

This is a special place. On the edge of Okavango, near a floodplain, you'll find an oasis of peace. Phazama is about a 30-minute drive from Maun, so it is suitable for multi-night stays. We had a car so location was not an issue. It is well located but not walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner is lovely and the place is quite welcoming.

We absolutely loved the camp and the staff was super helpful, from offering us another fan, and extension cord to run it from a different area in the room, to assisting us to the max when we lost our number plate. They went above and beyond in helping us out. The pool is great!

Everything was exceptional! Huge haus all for you with multiple rooms and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, even the fridge had a food for start of stay. Owners were great, with great advices and very friendly. Parking is secured inside fenced yard. And you can order very tasty meals from owners at reasonable price. Highly recommended stay in Maun!
