Our room was very spacious and equipped with all the comforts we expected, making our stay extremely pleasant. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. One instance that truly stood out was when my son forgot his favorite toy in our room after we had already left the hotel and even the country. The staff not only found the toy but also shipped it back to us in Poland. Seeing my son's joy when he was reunited with his beloved toy was priceless. This level of care and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dresden!

Die Unterkunft Locke at East Side Gallery bietet ein Fitnesscenter, eine Terrasse, ein Restaurant und eine Bar in Berlin. Absolutely loved the view. Also having a balcony was great. Everyone at the reception was super helpful and the coffee was also great. We used the washing machine too and it was also very easy and fast.

Everything! The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was perfectly laid out and clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the windows to the street. It was warm and cozy when we wanted and nice and cool when we needed it to be. One of the best rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was amazing! Live the location as it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown. The train station is right outside the front door so not is easy to get anywhere you want. No parking lot but there is street side parking all over the place. If we return to Hamburg, we will be staying at Clouneys!

Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Auch die Atmosphäre im Barbereich ist superschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Parken auf Wunsch im Innenhof oder in 5 min Fußweg im Parkhaus möglich. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und Spaziergänge direkt vom Hotel aus am Fluss entlang möglich. Wer abends essen gehen will, hat in wenigen Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel in der Altstadt viele Möglichkeiten.
