The property is nice and clean, located only a few minutes from the beach and a short walk to the center of Miraflores, in a nice and safe area. Delicious breakfast too! I would certainly stay here again.

Very good location, and very clean. I needed help with my flight that was canceled that couldnt been solved with the app, and the nice lady called the airline company with her phone and helped me arrange another flight, I had to stay an extra night and got a nice discount.

There were not many stores and restaurants nearby. We ordered delivery food. They have a kitchen in the common area and we were able to find some utensils. The owner is a very nice guy. He gave us a lift to the airport at 5am for only 25 soles.

This is a lovely homey feeling hotel, with very comfortable rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. Location was nice, in a quiet neighborhood, but easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a great way to start each day.

Ana Frank Boutique Hotel se nachází v Limě, 700 metrů od Huaca Pucllana a 300 metrů od Kennedyho parku, a nabízí bar a sdílený lounge. Frank was AMAZING! The hotel is a small boutique and truly lives up to its title. Frank was incredibly nice, highly communicative, and a lovely person overall. I absolutely adored his guidebook. Everything was clean and surprisingly well-maintained. While breakfast wasn't extravagantly fancy, it was satisfying enough. The hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to Parque Kennedy, the heart of Lima.
