Amazing building. Staff were very friendly too. The beds were very comfortable for a dorm style accommodation. The kitchen and lounge are nice to use. The giant gym inside it is very cool as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Effective October 1, 2025, a lodging tax will be introduced by ordinance of Takayama City. In addition to the room charge, 100 yen per person per day will be charged. Staff were great and friendly! They run a small cafe too so can get some decent coffee anytime. The lounge was ghibli themed and cosy with lots of suggestions for food and activities! Dorm room was as expected, lots of room for luggage.

Yuki and Ken were amazing and really attentive to details. Their service went above and beyond which made our stay one of a kind. Highly recommend if you are in a need to fine the once of a lifetime experience in Magome.

Beautiful house, we had amazing big room! Great location, bikes free to use, delicious mandarins in the kitchen! Very clean and really helpful and lively staff!

The monk who runs the property was so helpful recommending local restaurants and giving advice and even gave us a lift to the station. There were free drinks including alcohol. The rooms are part of a temple. The hotel is very close to the main shrine and not far from the station so a great location. The place to stay in Shingu. Good value for money.

The room and facilities are clean. The location is very good. It’s near the bus stop and the convenience store. And if you wake up early like me and there’s no bus at that time, you still able walk to the Shingu station. The hostel has 4 bicycles to be borrowed with no charge. You can ride it around the city.

A very fancy little hostel, very clean and there are tons of accomodations on site such as free towels, chargers, slippers, soap/face wash and bike rental options! The host is super chill and knowledgeable about the best locations in the ise area.

YOMOGI GUESTHOUSE se nachází v destinaci Tokoname a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Jen 1,7 km odtud se nachází Pláž Rinku Beach a Nippon Gaishi sportovní arena je 27 km daleko. I loved how inviting Yomogi Guesthouse is; it is beautifully designed and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Loved being curled up under the kotatsu and sipping their complimentary tea. The house itself is right on the Pottery Footpath and is super close to the nearest konbini and train station. Thank you to Shota-san and the Yomogi team! Will be coming back for sure!
