Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The apartment was spotless, and the extra pillows made my sleep so comfortable. I also loved the bathroom fragrance – it was such a nice touch that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly kind and even helped me with my luggage. I’d be happy to stay here again when I return to La Spezia.

It’s very close to the station, but you can reach the city center in just a few minutes with bars and restaurants. The trains are a bit loud, but that’s the price of being so close to the station—and they provide earplugs for sleeping. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The room is large enough (separate room with twin beds) for 4 adults and a really good bathroom and shower. Everything you need is here including English tea! Air conditioning is excellent with loads of easy to use settings. Host is excellent - good communication. Very very clean. Comfortable. 2 mins walk from the station and in the best part of town for food and drinks. Breakfast place next door is incredible - don’t miss it out! Would 100% stay here again. Thank you.

The location is perfect! Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, and close to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here. Really appreciated the mini fridge, espresso machine, and supplies. It was quite warm while we were there, so the A/C had to work hard, but it managed. Loved the updated bathroom and option for self-check-in!
