First the receptionist was really kind, she communicated before our arrival how to check-in really clear and always was giving us recommendations and tips about what to do and restaurants. Then the room was excellent, comfortable bed and well equipped with everything needed and I would like to mentioned that was really clean. The location of the apartment is excellent 10/15 minutes away from Napoli Centrale by bus or metro and 15 minutes walk to the city centre.

Close to restaurants, bars, shops & attractions Directly opposite the Toledo Metro which makes it very easy to get to from the main train station and also to reach all other parts of Napoli (which I would suggest walk it, cause there is so much to see & explore) Great communication leading up to our stay & Isabel was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious & clean. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Breakfast is very good, both savoury and sweet. Will definatly stay here again when in Naples. I highly recommend Napoli Centro Suite and Spa. Thank you guys

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and there is also a beautiful terrace and a small kitchen available for all guests to use. The location is great – just a 5-minute walk from the train station and about 20 minutes on foot to the city center. In the room, we had access to coffee capsules, water, juice, several croissants, and muffins, and everything was restocked as needed during our stay. Overall, the room was excellent and offered great value for money.

Domus Vista Castello se nachází v destinaci Neapol. Pláž Lido Mappatella je 2,3 km daleko a Piazza Plebiscito 800 metrů. The location is really great! The room was decently large and had all the facilities necessary it was also super quiet, which is amazing, even on the weekend. Located next to bars and restaurants. The hotel itself seems to have some sort of partnership with a larger hotel on the other side of the building for it's management and so they give out the key and kind of manage the coming and going of guests which is interesting...no issues at all, all smooth. W Highly recommend!

Amazing! They went far beyond my expectations! The room was super clean — honestly, cleaner than I ever expected in Italy. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. The service was the best I have ever had. The staff gave me all the information I needed, explained everything in detail, and were always available for any questions or help. They even showed me where to go and what to see, depending on what I like. And the best part? They think ahead for you. Before I arrived, they sent me all the access details. When I checked in, they shared a picture of the codes so I wouldn’t have to search through messages. On the first morning, they even sent me a good morning text with recommendations for great breakfast places. Truly amazing service! I highly, highly recommend this place!
