The location was conveniently just off the tourist track in Old Panjim. The rooms were simple and spotless. The host and his wife were very hospitable. I enjoyed it so much that I stayed there another two days on my way back.

It's a 5 star stay at a 3 stat rate for sure.

Large room with storage space and air conditioning and wifi in the room. We stayed here for 9 days and it was a lovely place to relax. The room was cleaned regularly. Best of all, the location is only a few minutes from the beach as well as a main road with plenty of restaurants and shops. For the price, we could not have asked for more!

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Everything especially the quiet location, decor in room and on property was just beautiful and sublime with tastefully picket bedspreads and paintings and furniture and the soothing white colour walls, constant availability of drinking water, spa facilities, excellent homemade breakfast of unlimited items, provision of conditioner I asked for, beach towels, fridge, kettle and tea/coffee in the room, beautiful balcony, lovely staff, and Hemant, the host, who was chatty and personable. Stayed for 4 nights and highly recommend it!
