I had an incredible stay at this hotel on the island. The staff were absolutely amazing – super friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. They helped us organize some fantastic trips around the island and even bargained with local operators to get us the best prices possible. It made everything so easy and stress-free. Special thanks to Bebi! The cocktails at the bar were delicious, especially in the evenings with a view of the sunset. But the highlight has to be the beach – truly stunning. Soft white sand, crystal-clear water, and plenty of space to relax. Whether you wanted to swim, snorkel, or just lay in a bean bag, it was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized island escape!

The room was absolutely gorgeous, the bed and the bathroom and the whole facility all incredible. The location right on the beach was perfect, seeing the sunrise over the mountain and then being able to walk into the water and snorkel on the most beautiful reef. Herman was very helpful too. Best place we stayed at on our whole trip, will be coming back!

If you come to Lombok you must stay here. Everything is perfect. The breakfast is the best. They also help you get bike rental. Very lovely people. Totally recommended.

I stayed for just one night here as I was off to climb Rinjani the next morning - so I just needed a comfortable bed/room, and as for the rest - ask and you shall be given (usually). Agung and Tina were kind enough to lend me their travel adapter, and Tina even made me a herbal drink to help settle my tummy before the climb. And the 3 kids of course, what a delight to see them running around! And breakfast was right on the dot, needless to mention delicious :)

Wonderful staff, a lovely clean room, clean pool. The room was not mildew smelling, which is a rarity around here. They prepared an adequate breakfast, and waited on us constantly! It is walking distance to everything, and they helped us arrange a bike, which was really fun. Thank you to everyone!!!

His wife’s home-cooked traditional Indonesian meals were a highlight, adding warmth and authenticity to our stay. Evenings at Goa Walet Cottage are exceptionally peaceful, with no passing traffic and no disturbance from calls to prayer, making it the perfect place to unwind. When I needed to find an ATM, Ozi even accompanied me to the nearest village—just one example of his kindness and outstanding hospitality. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with a personal touch, Goa Walet Cottage is an unforgettable choice!

Location is great, close to the main street, but far from the noise area. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is outstanding, super friendly. This is the best hostel I have been so far.
