We had great communication with Ronny and were given a room upgrade, which gave us a private bathroom. We liked the decoration, hospitality and the possibility to park our bycicles inside the property. Breakfast was also nice with many local products. The town offers plenty of food and drink options and everything is within walking distance.

We loved EVERYTHING about this amazing property. Huge and very comfortable bedrooms with our own, more than fully equipped kitchen including a huge wine fridge to be able to purchase from. We were welcomed with amazing home made Danish dream cake. The breakfast provided the following morning was 10 star. Prepared by the lovely hosts Jeanette and John, with all fresh produce including baked eggs, sausage and bacon in ramekins, various fresh homemade rolls and pastries. And followed by every fresh summer fruit you could imagine, cheeses and sliced meats. We could not fault a thing about this stay. World class 5 star experience for sure. Quiet, welcoming, beautiful country setting not too far from attractions with a car. The home is cosy in the winter with plenty of space. From NZ, it's not often that we get to stay in historic homes this we loved. The delightful fresh baked breakfast was more than we could eat, so was packed for our days adventures, very yummy. Baekgaardens will remain as a Denmark highlight for us.

The host was very welcoming and friendly and generally made me feel at home. The flexibility and willingness of the host to prepare breakfast for me before the specified normal time so that I can start my day early with a full belly was amazing and made life easier. Simple things like chatting to guests about their needs and requirements made my stay so memorable, and I will definitely stay there whenever I am in Kerteminde. I liked the calm and silent environment around the venue.

The apartment was super clean, well furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of soft, high-quality towels and a great kitchen. The garden was lovely, with sunbeds, a table, and chairs where we could relax outside. We also appreciated the convenient parking space right in front of the apartment. The location was very quiet and peaceful, and the host was kind and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful place to stay – highly recommended!
