The room was ample size with a nice sitting area. The owners were not present but left us nice snacks and even a bottle of local wine. The coffee maker and coffee was a bonus. The weather was a bit chilly, but heat was available for us to use. We loved our hike in the vineyards on a slope to the east where they were busy harvesting grapes. Marked trails and beautiful views. The owner's restaurant was closed but we ate just down the street and enjoyed a delicious charcuteier board.

Sonia is really nice and pleasant, ready with a smile. We initially wanted to extend another night but Sonia, upon knowing the chalet was too hot for my children, asked us to head towards the mountains as it’s cooler there. She could have just take our money and earned it but she’s truly considerate towards her customers and think in their interest.
